they are so unprofessional , not only I found bunch of strings in my salad, but they were so arrogant, never received an appropriate apology neither they made amends for such a horrible mistake. Nonetheless. The cold food and slow service, the friespale and old, the shrimp was too cold, and the excuse we got was ? sorry we have new staff? huh!! Restaurants always have newstaff its not uncommon what unusual is having immature employees who have no idea neither knowledge about hygiene or service,if that is Chili?s standard quality I?m never coming back here.
Cold as ice is what the steaks are here when you order here.Rude attitude is what you get if you ask for more than one napkin. Sour milk is what served for your kid if you decide to order a drink for him.Bad service is what the last thing you will feel after paying the bill.Tough as nails are what their side fries taste like.Grease is the word and taste in your mouth after you order take out from this place.
The climate was sweltering and moist, yet individuals who helped us were superb. They were bright and stressed over their customers, like ourselves. We were joyfully shocked by the food quality and generally administration. This is an unequivocal must-attempt!

It was nice environment greeted when we enter. It was a short wait time. The only thing is that I requested well done meat and still had pink but server was great too so I recommend it.
Excellent for family or group lunch or dinner! Service was good and the margarita was great snd quite generous!
