I want to thank Rose the manger for Chilli’s she is one of the best mangers I have seen . Very nice person , she works very hard to satisfy all of the Customers and to make them happy . We always go to this Chilli’s we drive about 20-30 mins . She knows how we like our food and this time as soon as we arrived , I called her and I was about to tell her we want and then she was like I know you guys and I know you like your food hot I already told them in the kitchen as soon as I saw you . I and my family really appreciate you ROSE and all your hard work . Thank you so much .
Simply disgusting food. If you want dog food go there. Steak was dry, old and blue, we returned it and we got another blue disgusting steak, cold rice and cold matched potatoes. Manager came and told us the he will talk to the kitchen staff but did not accommodate us in any way. Stay away from this dog food provider. Oh did I mention that my wife and I had severe stomach ache and diarrhea right after.
The food was terrible and when ask for a refund or replacement the manager rose gave us a bad attitude and to make it worse they sat us then had to wait 10 minutes no one came to greet after like 20 minutes our server finally decided to come her name was klarissa but rose was the worst manager ever whoever in charge of her should retrain her how to talk to people
So we’ve ordered twice from Chili’s both very disappointed with the portions size.i don’t have pictures of the first time ordered but the second I do,it looks like someone has already eaten most of the rice..the loaded mash potatoes are more then the rice…very upsetting Réservez une table maintenant
