On a positive note, our server was excellent. However, the bathroom left much to be desired; it was a mess and, once again, there was no soap. I informed one of the cleaning staff about the soap issue twice, but nothing was done. One of the soap dispensers was still broken, just like it was three weeks ago when we last visited. Speaking of our last visit, I ordered a margarita that was served in a martini glass (yes, a martini glass), and the shaker was broken, causing it to leak everywhere when I tried to pour it. It was the worst margarita I've ever tasted, clearly not crafted by a trained bartender. Overall, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
Been coming for some time, always a good experience. Until... We had a group 8 people for lunch happy hour. My 3 members of the group got there before us. They was not allowed to be seated until all the group showed up. They waited 30 min, We all waited nearly a total 40 minutes to be seated. We were not honored happy hour because we were not seated in the bar area. I never heard of that maybe because i always sit in that area for happy hour. Everything was good except the microwavable Nachos. Those were horrible sorry.
We were greeted by TWO people at the door, and they couldn't have greeted us with any more warmth and welcome. In fact, every employee we encountered was extremely pleasant. We were seated immediately, were served quickly, didn't have to wait very long for our food, and were checked up on frequently. The three of us very much enjoyed our food (two of us had ribs, and one had fajita). The interior of the restaurant was nothing to shout about (it's rather basic), but it was clean and in excellent repair.
The food was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the asparagus was the talk of the table. The only issue would be the steak I had to send back twice for being overcooked (burned) even when I asked for rare it still came out brown from the inside. Besides that and Happy Hour only being available if you sit in the bar, I would come back again.

The burgers were excellent, and the fries were seasoned just right. I also appreciated you asking about dipping sauce preferences. I will definitely be returning!
