I just finished my meal at Chili's and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Our order was riddled with errors, including incorrect drinks and food. We had to wait a long time for our beverages because the waitress said there were no clean glasses available. Despite the restaurant not being busy, she said she had too many tables to manage—she was only handling five, and their orders were also incorrect. When we requested the correct items, the waitress was quite rude. She never checked back to offer refills, and the area under our booth was cluttered with dirty napkins and trash. The service at Chili's was excellent and truly the best part of our experience. The bartender provided very professional service, supported by other staff members during our visit. The food was flavorful and offered great value, just what I would expect from Chili's. I would definitely come back to this location if I needed to dine in the area again, as it seems likely we would enjoy the same high-quality service and delicious food.
The ambiance was extremely inviting. My server, Jake, was both attentive and friendly, which really enhanced the experience. Matt, the bartender, created excellent drinks that I enjoyed very much. A special mention goes to the manager, who was very pleasant and clearly had everything under control. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to everyone! It's a well-managed place.

The waitress was very attentive and kind. However, the restaurant itself appeared to be unclean. The women's restroom was especially unpleasant, with a sticky floor and generally dirty conditions. It seems to reflect the current trend of struggling to find staff. The food was just average.
Another favorite date night destination for my husband and me. We can always find something tasty to enjoy at Chili's, and we typically get seated quickly without any long wait.
I don't think they've changed their fryer oil in a while; the fries and onion rings tasted bitter. The burger was overcooked, nearly burnt.
I would describe this Chili's as perfectly acceptable.
