Absolutely terrible customer service . Rude , arrogant, and no sense of customer attention whatsoever. I ordered a takeout for visiting friends . The order was wrong, and when I called, the manager said no problem and would send the correct missing order. 15 minutes later, I received another call from an abrupt person who challenged my complaint and asked me to send pictures as proof. I tried to explain that I have guests in the midst of eating and unvale to that. Didn 't care and didn 't want to know. I told him that I had no reason to lie or create a story. Visited on a Wednesday evening and we had a fantastic experience. We were seven by Roy, who was amazing and provided such a great service from start to finish. The food was fantastic, and so were the recommendations. I would highly recommend the ice cream bar for dessert as it was delicious. We were treated to a couple of complimentary drinks at the end of our meal and will definitely be returning. Fantastic and enjoyable experience all round. Would highly recommend.

I am summarising many visits to this restaurant from over the past seven years! Definitely our favourite local restaurant. When my father passed on they were so very kind and helpful to my mother. When she passed away, they continued to welcome us so warmly. AND what's more, the food is fantastic!!!

Genuinely delicious food, fantastic service. Roy was our waiter and made some fantastic recommendations. Thank you Roy I am incredibly fussy and I cannot fault Chilli Spice, Not cheap, but I think you pay for what you get and that is quality food and decent portion sizes. Réservez une table maintenant

The food is the best ever, we have eaten in many countries but nothing beats chilli spice, and the staff amazing. and Roy makes the best coffees in U.K. .
