Bei maximaler Sommerhitze ist der schattige, gut besuchte Biergarten an einem Dienstag Mittag eine sehr verlockende Anlaufstelle.Und auch die 6,90 Euro für Suppe, Salat, Dessert, Hauptspeise (Mittagstisch) lesen sich auf der Speisekarte wirklich gut.Die Gemüsesuppe schmeckt etwas farblos, der Salat ganz okay. Das Hauptgericht - mit Käse überbackene Kartoffelpuffer mit Hackfleisch und Sour Cream - präsentiert sich dafür geschmacklich einwandfrei. Wird aber tatsächlich noch getoppt von dem leckeren ofenwarmen Muffin mit Schokosauce und Schlagsahne als Nachtisch.Wie mexikanisch eine derartiges Menü final nun wirklich ist, kann wohl nur ein Eingeborener entscheiden - mir hat es in jedem Fall getaugt.Die Wartezeit ist im grünen Bereich, das Personal engagiert und flott.Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
After a dance tournament we were looking for a restaurant to eat a little bite. The Chillis was right on the main road, and we'll be in the eye. In the crowded place we just got a table for two in the late Saturday evening. The services were immediately present and very friendly. We order two wheat and a beef Burrito and a large mex. Salad. Within a very short time everything was served and it tasted excellent. Great service and good food! If we were to live in the area, we would come back!
Obwohl das Haus von außen eher nicht besonders einladend ist, ist es den Gastgebern gelungen, innen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Essen war sehr gut. Wir hatten von Salat über pulled pork bis Burger und traditionell Mexikanisch alles.Service ist sehr nett, allerdings etwas unterbesetzt. Wartezeiten waren sehr unterschiedlich zwischen den einzelnen BEstellungen und manchmal deutlich zu lang.Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert.
Food was very good, pleasantly sharp, unfortunately only 4 stars because we had to wait for food for over 1 hour. Unfortunately also only bought burgerbrötchen. The 2nd beverages we had to order ourselves at the counter, because the service was beaten 15 minutes past our table without asking if we still want something. There were only 35 people in the beer garden.
