that used to be my family visit to the hospital. I wouldn't take anyone there now. my vater, who was granted 3 days ago with pancreatitis and gallbladder, sits in a room and is bypassed the run. there is no communication. I understand they're short. but it doesn't matter. it should be at least open line of communication and I can never get a hold of someone. his doctor is nice and has a good night, but is not to contact. the nurses are not informed and do not call me back unless I suspect them. he should have a mri on Thursday. then, after I finally got someone on the phone, I was sure he got the mrt on Friday at 18:30. then at 7:20p the nurse came in and said the machine broke! really! how comfortable. since this time, which was 730p on a Friday until now, when I write about 1100a on Saturday, nothing. no contact. no communication. I actually write this review in hopes someone will see it on the corresponding section of the hospital and contact me so that I can get some help. it's a shame, please, if you don't want to be released, they don't come to chilton for help. they obviously cannot handle it. so frustrating

The ER is an absolute disaster! The intake nurse was rude. My wife sat in the waiting area screaming in pain for over 30 minutes before they even brought her to an examination room. We waited almost 2 hours before a nurse started an IV at which time she told my wife to stop being loud while she was crying in pain. Totally understaffed. Not compassionate at all. No chairs in the examination rooms. Great hospital once you get through the ER. I wouldn't recommend going to Chilton for Emergency treatment. And as you can see in the reviews I'll receive a boiler plate response to call patient relations and they will tell a supervisor. Maybe the Medical Director should read some of these reviews.

I recently had an operation on my hand and I can't say enough good things about the nurses and coworkers who took care of me there. all of the nurses were amazing of the intern david who did all my presets for the operation, susan and theresa who were the pre-op nurses who distracted me while I was my iw in, danielle, carrina, diane chris who cared for me in the recovery --ALL were excellent with their care. I wouldn't have felt like I was in better hands. my operation went well, and the only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I was told to get early on the operation (which should be at 2:30 a.m.) and then wait until 5 on operation!

each of the admission to the post op was professional and polite. dr. alex pekurovsky from anaesthesia went beyond and beyond to ensure my comfort after I had informed him about an earlier negative experience with an nerve block I had elsewhere. I was prepared before the use of the block with some additional medications in advance and it went so smooth! kudos and many thanks!
