"each of the admission to the post op was professional and polite. dr. alex pekurovsky from anaesthesia went beyond and beyond to ensure my comfort after I had informed him about an earlier negative experience with an nerve block I had elsewhere. I was prepared before the use of the block with some additional medications in advance and it went so smooth! kudos and many thanks!"

My family used to visit this hospital, but I would not recommend it now. My father was admitted three days ago with pancreatitis and gallbladder issues. He is currently in a room waiting for a run, with little communication from the staff. While I understand they may be short-staffed, there should still be some level of communication. I have tried to reach out to someone multiple times, with no success. The doctor is nice but difficult to contact, and the nurses are not informed and do not call back promptly. My father was supposed to have an MRI on Thursday, but it was rescheduled for Friday at 6:30pm, only to be canceled due to a broken machine at 7:20pm. Since then, no communication has b...

The ER is an absolute disaster! The intake nurse was rude. My wife sat in the waiting area screaming in pain for over 30 minutes before they even brought her to an examination room. We waited almost 2 hours before a nurse started an IV at which time she told my wife to stop being loud while she was crying in pain. Totally understaffed. Not compassionate at all. No chairs in the examination rooms. Great hospital once you get through the ER. I wouldn't recommend going to Chilton for Emergency treatment. And as you can see in the reviews I'll receive a boiler plate response to call patient relations and they will tell a supervisor. Maybe the Medical Director should read some of these reviews.

I recently underwent a hand operation and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care provided by the nurses and staff at the hospital. From the attentive intern David who prepared me for the procedure, to the pre-op nurses Susan and Theresa who kept me distracted, and the post-op caregivers Danielle, Carrina, Diane, and Chris - all of them were outstanding in their care. I felt completely safe and well looked after throughout my time there. Although my operation was successful, the only reason I am not giving a 5-star rating is because I was asked to arrive early in the morning for a 2:30 a.m. operation time, only to end up waiting until 5 a.m. for the actual procedure.

Earlier this month, I was taken to Chilton Hospital in the middle of the night in a rush. Despite a busy emergency room, I received exceptional care. After undergoing tests, I had an emergency surgery and was admitted to the hospital for four days. From the doctors and nurses to the patient care technicians, nutrition staff, and cleaning crew, everyone was professional and provided me with excellent support.
