With lots of competition around for fried chicken, I had to start somewhere. I ordered the pull pork burger which ended up being pull everything together. It's packed with a lot of ingredients but the balance between dry and wet parts were definitely disproportion. My burger ended up being a glove of food needing more than just the bun to keep it together. Overall though it was a solid - 6/10
The chicken however was the star for the night. The fried batter on the chicken was crispy and full of flavour. The meat was tender and fell right off the bone - 8/10
It was quite a large meal even if it was just the chicken itself but if you're looking for good hangover food, this is the place to be.
Just watched Rogue 1 at GardenCity Hoyts. Dinner at Chimek. Northbridge. Ordered the Tower of Babel. With 6 different types of fried chicken. Southern Fried, crispy lemon pepper, Cajun & creole,Gochujang, Guadalajara cilantro and Tennessee bourbon. The southern fried was crispy & not too salty. My favorite of the 6. After this was the crispy lemon pepper. We were a family of big eaters. But 5 of us had difficulty finishing the Tower of Babel $75 chicken stack. There was plenty of buckets of beers but we had Coca Cola 2 liters and a big basket of chips. This came complimentary with the chicken stack. Definitely good for a beer night & fried chicken binge.
Had a craving for chicken and cheese so I rocked at this joint in the morning. I ordered the buffalo NY with cheeses chips. It was really disappointing as the chicken was bland and dry - it definitely needed to be more spicier or at least spicy. The chips were cold also. I guess you gotta try at least once.
Ate here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Not sure the name of the chicken dish I had (cilantro) but had an awesome nam Jim sauce with it. Chicken was perfectly cooked, and service was given with a smile. It seems to be popular with uber eats by the number of take away orders they were doing.

I ordered the New York Hot Buffalo tonight for buffalo, and found the food to be delicious and plentiful for the price. Decent size serving, lots of flavour and heat, delicious.
You just have to come here for the loaded fires. Don't get me wrong, they do a mean fried chicken burger and an amazing beef burger, but the chips are something else!!!
As a lover of fried chicken I had always wanted to try this place, but the only place it was available in Fremantle and when I was in the city one night
Wether it's burgers or fried chicken this place nails the taste of all taste buds. Open very late on weekends which is great!

Had it once at the Freo Market so I was excited to see what this Northbridge store has to offer.
A lot of anticipation followed the opening of Chimek in Northbridge.
