I had reserved only a seating for people on friday June at online on their web site. I did receive confirmation via email. We are located in the est of Montreal so it's a to minute drive to the resto...on the south shore. To our surprise when we arrived, we were grated by a sign saying closed for renovations. This is unbelievable. They do not care about thoer clients since they never even turn off the online reservation system and the worse thing is we get an email with reservation confirmation. I can not support a company who could careless about their clients. That night they messed up the supper for people and including the transport to south shore. We ended up eating at a good pizza plac...
This is the second time that I've ordered and had to wait for my food. The first time I could understand, valentines but this last order there was no call for the long wait. Manager refused to talk to us when we called and...they had us go pick up our own food. If I didn't have people over I would have told them to keep there food. Not only that they told us that we were at fault, that they had us down for pickup when I clearly told them I want it delivered. They even had the gal to give us the same food that was waiting to be picked up and sitting on their counter for and had us pay full price. The service at this restaurant was terrible and never again would I order from there. Better Chin...
Looking for Chinese food , we ended up here without reservations at pm , our first time , we were all surprised by the quality of the food ! Order dishes by quantity and quite a good selection , we re- ordered our entrees...that was soo good. rounds later we were completely full !! And for on weekends all you can eat including salad bar is just darn right cheap considering it's not typical sweet Chinese food you normally get oh and to boot ! Yes Bring your own beer/wine .... Had family from out of town over and they wanted Chinese so we ordered by phone at pm and told it be ready by Arrived at the restaurant at and wanted an extra minutes. Arrived home and items were missing....Immediately called the restaurant who sounded more annoyed than anything else. They refused to deliver the missing items, asked to speak to the manager and the lady declined yet only offered to credit me on a future order (irrelevant because we're never going back). With all the dining options in the Montreal area customer service is key. We'll gladly take out business elsewhere Réservez une table maintenant
