China Buffet - Réservation de table

Was forced to pay a 15% gratuity to eat in a sauna!! They had no air conditioning floors are dirty restaurant is outdated. When asked about the gratuity they said it was a mandatory charge and was rude!!! Tips are not mandatory they are EARNED!! We have been customers for 18yrs and we will never eat there again. We will be spreading the word about their forced gratuity and rudeness!! China buffet of Mount Vernon Ohio will close their own doors if they continue this practice $91 dollars for a family of 4 to eat there is absolutely insane for the sub par food and poor food handling practices.

Their A/C was apparently broken. Had 2 fans running but only in lobby, nothing where guests were eating. The girl that seated us was rude. Threw our silverware down on the table, then just said drinks rudely like we were a bother. Gave our drink order, and she said nothing more. We were there right as the transition from lunch to dinner. Most of the food looked like it had been there since opening. Even the fresh food brought out slowly, looked terrible, and had no flavor. I used to like this place, but the last couple of times, it has been terrible.

Always a nice stop on a trip to Mt. Vernon. Very tasty hot fresh food. My favorites are the string beans, sauted whole mushrooms, sauted zucchinni, general tso's chicken and hibachi chicken on a stick. Wide variety of menu items refreshed often. Always plenty of seating, never a wait and great table service. Good for groups of friends, casual and family friendly.

Ok soooooo, I used to work at Rent to own next door..... And if you could see how the food is prepared and handled i promise youll never eat there again, Not to mention the fact that they are infested with roaches every other week. Look up how many health code violations they had over the years!! IT NEVER Réservez une table maintenant

Food is great when it's hot. They do a pretty good job of keeping up with the buffet. Would've been 5 stars but I went on father's day and they raised the price and called it a holiday buffet. Only thing different was shrimp and raised the price $5.

Nice buffet with very good food at a reasonable price. Kid friendly and wheel chair assessable Parking: Several spots to choose from, large larking lot Wheelchair accessibility: First floor side entrance.

Floors are disgusting, bowls washed but still brought out dirty. They have no A/C so the place is a sauna. The lady that runs the register is rude. WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Typical China Buffet except the food was pretty good here. I have been to quite a lot of hit or misses recently but this one passed when we went to get wedding makeup done for my fiancé. Réservez une table maintenant

The carpet is so old and nasty you almost need a tetnis shot to go in there! There really going down hill on how clean the place is and the quality of food.

Great buffet and variety for the price. Great service too. Always made sure the drinks were filled.
