I'm not sure what has happened to the food taste and quality of this restaurant. My family and I have been ordering from here since they first opened and we never had a bad experience before. However, in the last few months, the food has been subpar. There are odd tastes, a lingering old oil flavor, and dishes that taste nothing like they used to. For example, the garlic shrimp lacked any garlic flavor and the small, mushy shrimp were paired with oversized, undercooked vegetables. The fried chicken rice tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a month. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be ordering from here again. It's a shame because it used to be a reliable go-to spot for us.
overall the food is pretty good, I’ve ordered it three times. I really enjoy the cantonese egg noodles, I believe their quality of food is better than most Chinese takeout places. The general tao was way to saucy for my liking but the chicken quality was decent and not over cooked like many fast takeout food is. I think the prices are a bit high but the portions are not bad. Another complaint is the staff can be rude, never to me but I have heard them yelling on the phone at presumably customers over wrong orders.
After paying $400 on food for a party, the lemon chicken and chicken wings were hard as a rock! Everyone complained about how horrible the food was. I called and spoke to the manager who could care less. She instructed me to drive to the store with the food if I was looking for a refund. So rude and u professional! Never again
