The best customer service of course also: We placed an online order on Saturday when we arrived there, the guy told us there was no order for us. So we went, when we came home, they called us to know that our food was waiting there, I informed them about what happened, and they apologized endlessly, not a big deal we were at that point. I then received an email from them apologised for what happened and they offered money from our next order. So the next day, as we still believed in Chinese food, we ordered a lunch when I gave her my phone number while she immediately started to apologize for the order she remembered. When I picked up the order she gave me, she gave it to me without charge and told me how sorry she was. Errors happen, but a great deal with ingenious customer service have made them safe to worry about it and it has thrown me away! The food is always great and they go to great depths to make sure they take care of their customers. Supports this business, you will not be disappointed!
