I went to the restaurant today with Sharon. I was not pleased with the inexperienced cooks preparing meals that could potentially make people sick. The food tasted like wet cardboard, especially the chicken chow main which was terrible. I will never go back to this place. To make matters worse, a man even spit in my Sprite Zero, which made me very unhappy. Another customer, a greasy guy in the corner, was playing Fortnite on his mobile and dropped the F-bomb in front of Sharon, which was very inappropriate. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The delivery service from China Garden was extremely disappointing. The delivery guy was rude and blamed us for his lateness, even though he had the wrong address. The food we received was the worst takeaway we have ever had. The salt and pepper chips, boiled rice, and king prawns Cantonese were so spicy that we could barely eat four mouthfuls. It ruined our relaxing evening and we will not be ordering from China Garden again.
Delivery driver was lovely, very patient. The food however very disappointing, I can't say I've ever had salt pepper chicken look like that in my entire life as for the chicken chowmein definitely don't order that. Egg fried rice you can't go wrong surely? Well yes clearly you can. Save your money or order elsewhere
I have been a regular customer of China garden for years, with the new switch to the new owner, i was not let down! Food was on time, super warm, soo tastey and clean plates for all kids and parents. Would reccomend, and will definately be staying regular customers of china garden! Thanks!

I have to say the place was filled with a sickening aroma that made me feel uneasy, the interior is a disgrace and is infested with rattle snakes and rats, nom nom nom, i wouldn’t recommend, the food is a horrific
I recently had the best vermicelli I've ever had from a local takeout spot in Chester. The meat was tender and well-seasoned. It was excellent and I will definitely be returning!
2nd time of ordering from here and both times we have really enjoyed our meals. Arrived on time, hot and plentiful. Our new favorite Chinese takeaway. Thank you china garden
APPALLING!!!! Told up to hour wait(understandable when busy ....3 hours later plus to phone calls and a promise the boss was going to deliver it ...Still waitingggggg

Called in for a takeaway to be informed that there was no tofu. This was never an issue with the previous owner. Disappointed.
