I was raised in America, and yet I still struggle to understand the local lingo. Regardless of their upbringing, the restaurant staff remain consistently polite and professional. You really can't complain about Chinese food, as they rarely make mistakes; so perhaps the fault lies with us, not them. From my experience, there are no entitled customers at Chinese restaurants. They are always right, which can be frustrating for us. Although I haven't dined at this location myself, I have to voice my disappointment in the poor communication skills of the woman who answers the phone for takeout orders. As a local who loves the food, it's disheartening to encounter such service issues.
Food was great and woman taking orders was very patient and kind. We ordered at the counter and did have to wait 30 min for a family sized order on a Friday evening. As a former restaurant worker there were some concerns about cleanliness and overall sanitation.(I would recommend calling in order ahead of time versus having to sit waiting. There were some other patrons who made the visit uncomfortable so I don't want to blame that upon the business but I also would take caution on bringing children to the Keyser Oak plaza on a Friday evening. Kid-friendliness: Not unfriendly but wouldn't recommend setting for sit down eating.
I placed an order for $49, and the menu states that orders over $45 come with a complimentary soda. However, when I asked for it, they refused and claimed I needed to spend more to receive it. They advertise promotions but then don’t honor them, which is frustrating. Additionally, they even charged for the sauce and ketchup, which I believe should be included with the meal. Overall, very disappointing service!
I’ll never order again. They have a FILTHY DIRTY fish tank in the sloppy dining area!!!! With a lot of fish!!!! No decor, just disgusting slime!!!! How do they care for their kitchen? Totally grossed me out.

The manager went above and beyond to resolve an issue that was entirely my fault. Not only did they ensure that I was still able to enjoy my meal, but they've also gained a lifelong customer in me.
Food is always good and you get a good amount. Delivery is always quick and food is always ready when you go to pick it up. One of the best Chinese food spots in the area.
