The restaurant wasn't as clean as I expected for a place that sells food. Additionally, a 9-year-old girl took my order, and I'm not sure about child labor laws concerning that. It felt like she worked and lived in the building.

There are countless Chinese takeout places in this city. Most people typically stick to the one in their neighborhood, convinced that it's the best.
