We stayed in Colchester last year and eat at Chinatown, we were impressed by the superb food and the friendly service. We returned to Colchester for a concert and immediately decided that we had to try Chinatown again, we were not disappointed. We chose different items from the menu this time and still found the food to be high quality and very tasty. We are now hoping to have some reason to return to Colchester in the future as we'll definitely go again.
The restaurant was very peaceful on a Wednesday evening at 7pm, with pleasant and friendly staff. The food was excellent, fresh, and there was plenty of it. I will definitely be returning.
Lovely Food. Staff looked after our party very well for my Birthday Family meal. Sunday All You Can Eat menu is great value. This Restaurant is well worth going to for lovely Chinese food.

A fortunate discovery in Colchester. Really very excellent food, reflecting some care taken to create and prepare. Very, very good service. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.
This restaurant is perfect in every way and has now become our favorite spot, even though we need to travel for almost an hour to get here. Highly recommended!
