Not a 5* hotel but definitely 5* service and cleanliness. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and helpful. I ran out of soap in the shower and went to the front desk to get more. The lady working said someone would deliver a replacement and I said I’d rather not have anyone in my room when I was gone and I’d pick it up later that day. When I came back to the hotel, she recognized me and handed me a bottle without hesitation. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. This hotel is huge and crowded yet never felt that way. Will def stay here again if I am back at Ft. Benning.
I loved my stay I was very concerned to be alone in another state and without knowing a soul, but my spouse and I did not know that I would arrive so early before my check-out time. I expressed this woman Asia and she was so overwhelmingly amazingly sweet and helped me get comfortable and told me that the next available room was mine. Someone who has been manager for years knows how much wonderful customer service can change someone's mood. I stepped in stress and had a panic attack, but as I saw in me, I felt like home. Thanks for everything.
Update to my previous review: While the noise is still present, the management called this morning and recommended that someone come out to solve the problem. Sarah was very nice and understood and went beyond and beyond to help me; the confirmation of the employees here is excellent. This is really one of the nicer hotels we stayed in, and we would stay here again. The building is aesthetically pleasant and the location is wonderful. Thank you, Abrams Hall.
Absolut LOVED my stay in Abrams! Desk staff so pleasant and professional. I saved my suite. Very clean and had many amenities! The gym was great. Great free breakfast. The administration Kam was AMAZING! The best hotel experience I ever had. I'd like to visit again, but my son left Ft. Benning and starts his trip in Washington. The hotel staff made this transition easier for me and I am very grateful for that. Your rock! By Mrs. Cohen in New York!
