Watched today at my visit: A cook (who comes from the kitchen, runs behind the treses, grabs a bottle of Cola and takes a few strong swallows out of the sweater, which he then put back. Yes, the same bottle with which the glasses of the guests are filled!! Most authentic Chinese cuisine in Karlsruhe. Has nothing in common with the usual boring Asian places you’ll find everywhere. Really good food and we felt like being back in China.
