Chinese Chequers - Réserver une table

Nothing has been done to the interior of this restaurant since it opened decades ago. Bamboo furniture and hospital lighting. Cheap flooring. No music. No website or online ordering. Nasty curtains and dirty windows hanging above the restaurant Food is great BUT I wouldn’t choose to book a table here due to the aforementioned. It’s a shame because it would be a gold mine if they were to adjust to the 21st century and do a redesign to the interior

The food at Chinese Chequers is delicious and the staff are very friendly. Some dishes are not too oily, which is a plus. In my opinion, Chinese Chequers is the best Chinese restaurant in Stowmarket. It would be even better if they offered complimentary Prawn Crackers!

I traveled from Ipswich to visit this restaurant, and I am so glad I did. It is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to, with delicious food and extremely friendly staff.

The food was absolutely delicious as always, very fresh. We started with a shared appetizer and then enjoyed our main courses.
