It makes me so sad,to be writing this review. We've been coming here for what we felt, was the best Chinese food,for decades. They had the best fried rice ever,but now it looks like a partially ground white rice with pale color and no flavor. The white meat orange chicken,has been litterally chicken jerky inside, the last 2 times we got it. I was hopeful this time,as it felt soft when I put the fork in,but it was mostly breading. The sauce was great. I do not know if the place is under new ownership or what. It is NOT the same. RIP to the best fried rice,you seem to gone forever. Year’s ago loved this place. Went there tonight having not been in years. The food was “Americanized”…bland as could be. My husband had General Tsao’s- not a spec of spice, too much batter, not enough chicken. My dish Hawaii Five-O was like regular brown gravy with veggies, pork, chicken, scallops shrimp. Bland, bland, BLAND! And unfortunately the scallops were bad-I gingerly let the waitress know that they were and she said she would go back in the kitchen and talk to them. She never returned to discuss nor bothered saying a word again… nor did they give me any kind of discount for the bad scallops. Didn’t even apologize.
it wasn't as I would expect in new jersey, but still pretty good. our server was great, she was very friendly. my friends eating was amazing, this time I was the one without luck. I ordered a house specially fried rice, hoping to get something similar to that I ate in nj, but it was nothing like at all. the taste was pretty good, but I was a complete dish. my experience will not delete the incredible texture, and taste the dishes of my friend, they shared a little with me. they have 5 stars.
my wife and I were looking for a place to lunch while shopping in new london. instead of almost food, we stopped here. Chinese cuisine has a low key pleasant atmosphere that is not commercial. we ordered from the lunch menu, which was very reasonable. we could not believe how much they gave us, enough for us to bring home to dinner. eating is very good as the service. the menu was not as extensive as some other places, but had everything we thought. we're coming back.

Go somewhere else, anywhere else! Absolutely terrible food. Spent $52 on two orders of dumplings (6 each), 2 egg rolls, A large sesame chicken, a small fried rice, and an order of down right gross donuts. I was given the wrong rice. Was suppose to be fried rice, we received white. The dumplings didn't have flavor and the sauce was really watered down. The donuts taste like burnt oil sprinkled with granulated sugar.
Food is usually good. Today awful…$80.00 and very disappointed. Tidbit platter for 2 all food dried out. Ribs chewy, chicken tenders so hard unable to cut with a knife. Pork fried rice half mixed, mostly white rice. Wonton soup was good. Unfortunate because we have been going there for 35yrs. Alot of money for the garbage.
Beef was rare, couldn't bite through any of it, it was stretchy like putty; not sure it was beef at all. Wontons in the soup tasted like spoiled meat and the filling looked like wet cat litter. Do not recommend
that was my first visit since living in the opposite. all foods were excellent and plentiful. my special order was better than other Chinese restaurants better rice and a full of meat products.

I love the Chinese cuisine. they have generous portion sizes and delicious food. the restaurant is easy to reach, directly from i95. I recommend it very much!
