This location is HORRIBLE!!! Every time we have ordered at this location something has been wrong. Normally an item is made incorrectly. Which we just let go because we are greatful to eat. This time was a new level. Arrive at 6:30 as the app stated. I walk into a store that is semi-busy with a crowd of people standing on the to-go wall looking upset. The restaurant is filled with smoke and the staff just seem to be standing around with no sense of urgency. I realize my order is not ready so I join the crowd of miserable customers on the wall. 6:45 rolls around and I am now thirsty and starving. I frequent Chipotle because I love their food, and I've visited this particular location often due to its convenience near my workplace. However, I can confidently say that this is, by far, the worst Chipotle I've ever encountered. No disrespect to the employees, but it seems like they might lack proper training or awareness. Almost every time I've ordered from here, there’s been an issue with my meal—whether it's the food looking like it’s been sitting out for hours, not being prepared correctly, or being charged for items I didn’t even order. To make matters worse, the staff often respond as if I'm the one in the wrong when I try to address these mistakes. This location really needs better...
food is fine. it's chipotle. sometimes they mess up but it's no big deal. i don't like leaving bad yelp reviews. but whenever i come in, at least one of the staff members is rude to me. it's usually the same lady. i work in costumer service as well. i am a waitress. it's not easy when people are rude to you to continue on with your shift. however, i am extremely polite every time i come in and the energy i'm getting back is so cold and condescending. i'm writing this hoping that management will train the staff with BASIC costume service knowledge; starting with ACKNOWLEDGING A COSTUMER !!! no hate to these people, i just don't understand why i constantly get treated poorly at this chipotle.
Every time I order from this store there is always an issue. Either they misplace the online order receipt or they forget to give me items that I've ordered. Sometimes my order is all messed up. If I order online and pick it up I have to literally unpack everything before I leave the store. I'm now ordering from another Chipotle.

We love to go to Chipotle, we always go to the one in Marguerita Pkwy in MV. The staff is so friendly and the food taste great and it's very fresh. The guacamole is one of the most delicious that I tried in my life and I went to many mexican restaurants.
The experience was disappointing. The restaurant has attractive photos of the food, but when it arrives, everything is dry. Portions are small and lacking in flavor. I wasn’t impressed, and it was quite pricey for what it was.
Their attitude was so rude and gave the dirtiest look ever, spilled all over the bad and when she put my food in she just threw it. Like to me pretty rude to do in front of the customer. Also they gave me really stale chip.

Ordered takeout/delivery and no utensils, how do we eat this?! I expect better service from this company. Can't blame the delivery service as Chipotle is the one that packs the food!
