I used to visit this restaurant every day until recently, but my experience has taken a turn for the worse. The staff seems to be inexperienced, and they frequently don’t have essential items, like chicken, available because they don't feel like preparing it. I've also encountered issues with them running out of corn and salsa. It's a bit of a gamble whether you’ll get what you want, so if you're on your lunch break, I wouldn't recommend it. Additionally, the chips are stale, and the portion sizes are disappointing. It’s clear that they don't value your experience or appreciate your business. I would recommend the Chipotle at Lakeside, just down the road—it's far superior.
Go in to get a burrito bowl. He starts off giving 1/4 spoon of beans, have to ask for more. Ask for veggies.. seriously the guy puts on 3 pieces of fajita veggies. He was about to put half spoon of protein. Not going to keep asking for more of everything and not going to take a half serving and pay full price. Avoid this location.
Check your orders before you leave to save yourself a trip back to the store! Literally open your bowls and verify they’re correct. Hate to write this because this location has been great until my last few visits. For the second time in 2 weeks I got the wrong toppings and protein. This time a had a huge gross piece of rubbery chicken as a topping. I'd assume the food prep employee was maliciously giggling during prep.

The downside of this location is you can't eat inside b/c the tables are always dirty. It would be nice if the staff paid attention to the dinning area and cleaned the tables instead of fidgeting with their
no stars. still waiting to hear back from the ?high priority team? because my boyfriend ate a screw that was in their food. thank God he could spit it out. happened april. 26.
Compared to other chipotles in the area, this one is the best. They always give the biggest portions and most of the time it is clean and tidy.
Great location. Staff is good and portions are well sized. Store is clean and organized! And no shortages on rice or meat

My experience was very good with Dima, she was nice, friendly, helpful and funny.
The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! The staff were also great.
