This is my second visit, and they were out of vegetables. How is that even possible? They told me they haven't had time to prepare them, but vegetables are a key item on the menu. I'm definitely going to contact corporate about this; it's unacceptable. It's like a pizzeria that runs out of pepperoni. The staff here seem indifferent to the situation.
After (3) separate visits, I realize that maybe this location is not for me. I love Chipotle for it healthy menu however the chicken is often extreme salty. Today they didn't have any cheese because it haven't been shredded and I was told that if they substituted queso cheese they would have to charge me. REALLY!!! Not again!!!!
The prices are high, but the food quality and customer service leave much to be desired. The cashier who handled my order was friendly, though. They really need to clean the place up, especially for those of us paying $20 for a bowl and a drink. Honestly, I wish you could see me rolling my eyes right now.
Got a kids meal for my kid at lunch time the lettuce they have me not only was browning but had dark brown curly hair in it. Both of our hair is not anywhere near this color. We were so grossed out had to toss the meal and make something at home. Waste of money. Réservez une table maintenant
I've been dining at this restaurant for two years, and they've never messed up my order. I always choose a chicken dish, and it has been perfect and delicious every single time. The staff here do an outstanding job.
The employee left for 5 minutes halfway through making my tacos, came back, then spent another 5 minutes attempting to wrap my tacos. My tacos were cold. Other employees were making some loaded up bowls though.
Absolutely amazing! I recommend cutting the burrito in half at the front – you can easily make two meals out of one, especially since they're so large!
The food was tasty and prepared when I arrived. However, the dressings and salads I ordered were not included. Réservez une table maintenant
These people always mess up the order like literally always. The employees are just absolutely stupid.
