I used to eat here before I went vegan and didn't like it—the food made me feel sick and didn't taste great. However, after going vegan, I was amazed at how delicious the food is! I love it and have eaten here every day without getting bored. The tortillas are vegan, and they offer a vegan meat option, which is rare for vegan-friendly places. If I had any questions about whether something was vegan, I just asked, and although the staff member didn’t know at first, she checked with her manager and confirmed it was vegan. They were very respectful throughout.
i got a carnitas burrito and it came as chicken instead, the girl that served me was rude and rushed me, i told her i wasn’t sure about what to get (was ordering for someone else) and she was NOT helpful and very very rude. i asked if they could label the burritos and the guy goes “i obviously don’t know which is which”.. as someone who works in customer service i feel as if this is just not okay… the girl was also rude to her coworker.
While dining at this Chipotle Mexican Grill location with my family, a homeless individual threatened me with a knife. This occurred inside the restaurant. When I reported the incident to the staff, they reacted poorly, giving me hostile looks and dismissing my concerns as if I were inconveniencing them. Over the past four years, my experiences at this location have consistently been disappointing.
I come to this location often and its always a pleasant experience. I want to give Andrew a shoutout, I was having a rough day and he his professionalism and sense of urgency to help me out really lightened my mood. Its people like Andrew that make the world a better place. Keep Crushing It bud!

Extremely disappointed with my order. They forgot the beans and gave me the wrong type of rice. The chips tasted stale, though the queso was fresh. The tortillas on the side were also very hard.
I like chipotle. I get the 2 tacos and it's perfect for me and tasty. I like the barbacoa beef. It is a little on the salty side but has good flavor. Price is reasonable.
I had an amazing experience today for my first time at the restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I really loved it!
The servings are so small now... Protein servings are halved compared to a few months ago and rice is undercooked.
