I wasn’t asking for a salad with a side tortilla—this was just my burrito served in a bowl for convenience. They used to ask if I wanted the tortilla inside the bowl or on the side, and if on the side, they’d warm it up and wrap it in foil. This time, when I brought up my concern, a rude employee stepped in and dismissed the original server who was trying to help. The server was polite and likely new, just following procedures, but the other employee only made the situation worse.

This is easily the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff member making my food was very rude. I asked for two servings of guacamole, but he only filled them halfway. When I requested more, he responded sharply, saying he’d already given me enough. If I’m paying for two portions, I expect to get two full servings.
