On October 30th, 2022, my family and I went to dine at this restaurant, but we were met with a disappointing experience. Every table was dirty, and when I requested that one be cleaned so we could eat, no one took action. Ultimately, we had to take our food and leave. It appeared that none of the tables had been cleaned throughout the day, with food and garbage scattered everywhere. This was particularly disheartening, as we were hoping to enjoy a nice meal out. I would rate the hospitality at 0%.
Absolutely hate when places put no time or effort into delivery or pickup orders where the customer is not standing there watching you make the food.. there is no way you would wrap up this totally exploded burrito if the customer saw that happen? Not to mention I paid for guac and got one small dollop in one spot. Paid for queso on tacos and there was barely any on them. Both meals were kind of warm. Super lazy and disappointing.
The food is excellent as always! However, it's disappointing that there are no electrical outlets available for working on my laptop. While they do offer free Wi-Fi, it's not an ideal place to work overall. Because of this, I’ve decided to stop dining here and have started going to Bountiful Bread instead. Even Boston Market is better suited for getting some quick work done on my PC.
I visited this restaurant twice this week, and both times the bathrooms were locked. The code provided didn’t work, and when I inquired about it or asked for assistance, I was told someone was inside. Really? If that's the case, why aren't they responding to the knocks? Are they alright in there? The staff didn’t seem concerned at all. It feels like they've locked us out.

One of the bowls I ordered was supposed to come with double meat, but it only had steak. Both bowls had children's portion sizes. You should be embarrassed to charge such high prices for this subpar food. Spending $40 for two people and still feeling hungry and unsatisfied is unacceptable. What a disappointment.
They?re lovely workers, I guess, but I count 8 workers at rush hour right now and their mobile pickup is always about 15min late. And the orders are never racked at mobile pickup. Don?t mark my order as ready if it?s not ready. I hate to leave a snarky review, but this is the 4th time in like three months.
Unless you're going in person don't bother, every time I order online (the past three years) they always forget something. I gave them a shot after a long time of not ordering and forgot my chips but not my queso dip... need rain check on employees and management

The entrée was quite underwhelming; the container was only half full. It left me with the impression that I should have received a 50% discount for it.
