Recently moved to the area was excited to try this location cuz I luv Chipotle bt was super disappointed! Music inside was pretty loud, felt bad for an elderly lady who didn't seem to be enjoying it. Didn't order much it took wayyy too long, there were only 2 customers that had already been helped, I've been to other locations 3x as busy was out in less than 10mins...there was a MINIMUM of 3 employees working up front, not counting others I heard in the back. I like the presentation of the burrito bowls, this place however...much smaller portions very sloppy serving, at one point a big goop of sour cream fell in what I think was salsa, girl didn't even notice, also bean juice everywhere, foo...
I would usually give 5 stars but on this particular day I wanted a bowel with Pollo asado and the liquid cheese. The girl that was helping me said no that's all we have and we have to save it for online orders. Are you kidding me!? So naturally I was irritated by the girls response and then asked to speak to the mod. A few minutes later she came out and I explained what the girl had said to me and the manager apologized and explained that they were having difficulties with there online system and they were having problems getting enough cheese due to shortage. I understood then and I said to the Mgr ok I understand and the girl that helped me should have explained it to me alittle better ins...
Two of us came in had to order for teachers working a camp for students. We had 11 staff members we had to order in person to make sure they could write their names down get the details of each order correctly. As soon as I walked in explained the situation, the chef in the back of the kitchen looked at us started laughing. They all started whispering, clearly talking about us. The lady rushed me I couldn’t even double check what I was ordering for these staff members who work hard to teach students all day. My own order was a bowl with rice, beans, fajita veggies they gave me a kids amount of rice beans didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for veggies. I just wish they would’ve...
I came here for the first time a month ago and it was out of chicken. No biggie, tried the new pollo asada. Staff wasnt engaged with customers. Floor to the back was covered in trash and napkins plenty of staff was just standing around. Today I went back assuming it would be fine.....walked up to the door with a shortage sign for polla asada, get to the counter and another sign out of chicken, fajitas mild salsa. Again tried to just pick something different and when I opened my tacos and took a bite the pulled pork was cold, like refrigerated cold. So I just dumped my food at this point. No clue if it was even cooked properly and how long it had been in a fridge... just super annoyed, especi...

Chipotle is usually one of our favorite places to eat, however this one we probably won't go back to. The salads we both got were pretty skimpy compared to all the other chipotles we've been. The guacamole was light green to almost brown and tasted funny. Even though there was one person behind us and one in front of us the guy making the plates was super rushed and practically filling the plates with things before we could even say what we wanted. First time ever I sit down and realized I didn't even have cheese on top and that the guacamole looked gross. Just seemed rushed.

We had a great meal at this restaurant! We ordered the Carne Asada Steak salad, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, although there was a bit of sloppiness when they packed our food to go. Sour cream spilled everywhere and leaked out of the bag, which was not ideal for eating in the car.
The food is consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients, perfect for a quick meal on the go. Despite being busy, the service is quick and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!

I beat a stake bowl. the individual kept on whistling during the portion of the food in the bowl. I didn't feel like eating the spikel of other people today. paid for it and threw it on her dumpster. the problem was not the server, but management loses the quality.
I remember eating here more than 15 years ago the first time I ever had Chipotle and it hasn't changed since then despite the prices of inflation and whatnot. My bowl was excellent. It's everything I love and then some.
