I went inside to speak with the woman at the counter, explaining that I received the wrong order. She told me she would consult the manager. I was having a tough day and hadn't eaten all day. When I walked in, I waited in line for quite a while without being greeted as multiple online orders were being prepared. When it was finally my turn, I received only the last scraps of barbacoa from the tray, which would have made for a very soggy burrito. I was quite dissatisfied with my experience so far. Very disappointed in, i go in to order but i was told i have to order online. That makes no sense. Not everyone has a mobile app. I could understand if they were short staffed but it's 8 people standing around with more than 1 hr before closing. Literally 5 people turned around and walked out due to them only accepting online orders. Please fix this situation or fix the manager who made the call to do so on a Saturday night
Most disgusting. Everything was so sloppy and all the food was mixed with everything. Not a single person there was trained in cross contamination. Literally everything got skip through the next order even on the line. Your bowl comes out messy ON THE OUTSIDE AND BOTTOM bc it's so sloppy. I waited 15 minutes just to get up to the line and see it was disgusting. Went to Chick-fil-A after leaving here. Gross.

Out of the last 8 times ordering here, the ingredients in my order have been wrong for 6 of them. It's not just one thing being missing or added, it's been multiple additions or subtractions each time. The customer service chat on the app is always happy to give free entrees in exchange, but I'd rather have my orders be made correctly. Please fix!
Food was delicious, plentiful and provided good options. Staff was a little less pleasant and cheerful than in the past. You are hiring, so maybe everyone is just a bit overwhelmed or overworked. I prefer Chipotle over Qdoba every day.Vegetarian options: Make your own option allows for a full vegan option.
