There have been multiple occasions where I've arrived just an hour or two before closing time, only to find that they’ve stopped cooking food. They often say, "Oh, this is being saved for online orders," and I’ve had to settle for something else. Tonight, they offered me brown rice because they were saving the white rice for online orders. When I explained that I don't eat brown rice and asked if I could order some white rice instead, the response was a flat "no." So I asked if that meant I couldn't have any rice at all if I didn't want brown rice, and he basically confirmed that.

I asked my friend to pick up my usual order from Chipotle: a burrito with half steak and half shredded beef, brown rice, black beans, and all the toppings. Unfortunately, when he brought it back, the burrito was ICE COLD. I didn’t want to return it, fearing I’d end up with no food at all, so I decided to eat it regardless. However, after just a few bites, it tasted off, almost as if the food was old—especially the meat. I soon started to feel unwell. It's really frustrating because we ended up having to throw away both of our meals, and this is the second time we've encountered a problem like this at Chipotle. I will definitely be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
This Brooklyn Park Chipotle is the best location in the twin cities. I've been going to this chipotle for 5+ years and never once have I ever had a bad experience. Every worker here is consistent, they are never out of ingredients, with generous portions, and always packed with flavor. The wait is never long either. I've never done delivery or ordered ahead of time and I've always just gone inside to order so I can't say how delivery or online togo is. I've gone to so many chipotle locations and if you can't make it to this location second best is Wayzata.
I'm a huge fan of this restaurant, but my visit today was disappointing. I had to ask three times for extra rice and other sides, even though I made it clear that I was willing to pay for them. The meat was cut into extremely tiny cubes, which I've never seen at any other location. The rice didn’t have that nice, fluffy texture with cilantro; instead, it looked clumpy, almost as if too much water had been added, and the taste just wasn't there. The staff I usually know were not present today. I really hope they can improve! Not good!

I asked my friend to pick up Chipotle for me, and I ordered my usual: a burrito with half steak and half shredded chicken, brown rice, and black beans with everything on it. When he got back, the burrito was ice cold, and since they were closed, I couldn't take it back. I was so hungry that I decided to eat it anyway. After a few bites, it tasted really strange, as if the food was old, especially the meat, which made me feel nauseous. I'm really frustrated because we ended up eating out, and this is what I got.
I had a fantastic experience! The service was outstanding, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. The food was simply delicious! I highly recommend this place as it surpassed all my expectations. Thank you to everyone for a lovely visit! Keep up the excellent work—I truly appreciate it!
My friend and I visited the restaurant, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. The rice and other toppings seemed stale, as if they had been left out for too long. Overall, it was not appealing, so we chose to leave and find another place to eat. I would not recommend this restaurant.
My order arrived 10 minutes late, and both dishes I received were wrong. Several items were missing, and I even discovered a piece of salad stalk in one of the bowls. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy at the time.

The food was ok but the customer service was unfriendly, bordering on rude. The guy in the kitchen was so busy looking at his phone I'm surprised he didn't burn the place down. This was Sunday night. Probably will not go back, at least not to this one.
