I received only a few pieces of chicken—about four small ones—and they weren't even hot; just slightly warm. I didn’t get any of the spicy or sweet flavors I expected. One piece of chicken was fatty, and I definitely won’t be ordering that again. I paid extra for queso blanco and guacamole, but there wasn’t much of either; instead, I got a lot of rice, greens, and sauces that I didn’t choose. They should really consider offering jalapeño peppers, which I like and usually get from Taco Bell, where the prices are also much more affordable than at Chipotle.
The worse experience. This review is for the owners. I understand that it is 8:30 pm and 1/2 hour way from closing. The place was FILTY . The employees was just hanging around eating and talking. Had to ask for help twice. Very sad that the employees that was getting paid to do a job didn’t care.
You would never know this is a Chipotle based on the quality of the food. I love Chipotle, but my chicken bowl had absolutely no taste. I don't think they use any seasoning on the vegetables or salsa and the chicken doesn't even look like chicken anymore, just small pieces of hard brown stuff.
Food was just OK. I felt like there was little meat and almost no flavor. One bag of chips was stale but luckily the second bag was better. Best part was the guac, everything else mediocre at best. Queso was thick and the consistancy was gelatinous and chunky.

I found a short black curly hair in my food, which was absolutely disgusting! This is something that should be reported to the health department. Unbelievable! I would give this place 0 stars! Moreover, their menu is misleading and feels like a complete scam!
I ordered and paid for chicken, along with some extra chicken, but instead received a dish that was half steak and half chicken. It didn't seem worth the effort to try to resolve the issue. I probably won't be ordering from here again.
Eating is always great. in the late at night superior is super rude for his employees, never should treat their own personal so I bad for the employees who had to deal with someone at a place that makes like this.
They must be putting something special in that chicken cause GOD DAMMNN that chicken was yummy. Every bite was a total flavor explosion in the back of my throat. Overall solid chicken I would eat it again.
