Went in to the Peoria location today at about 5:45pm. 3 people were sitting and eating and I am fairly certain all were employees and there were 2 employees that I saw behind the registers. We walked in and looked around and quickly decided betweenthe two of us, quietly, that the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. I'm from California where we have Chipotles everywhere. I take back anything I ever said about anything from any of them. The Peoria, IL location was the worst Chipotle I've ever been in. Those poor kids had no support. The place was gloomy, dirty,portion sizes were abysmal, they were out of everything with no time to stock. The manager of this store needs to go. These kidsneed some help from someone that knows what they're doing. Truly a horrible experience. The workers and customers weremiserable.

I came in needing a large order made quickly. It wasn't busy when I got there, so I was optimistic about my chances. The employees didn't have a clue about how to help me complete a larger order, but the manager stepped in and worked with me to make it happen. The order had a couple of missing pieces, but that was not an unreasonable mistake given how large of an order I had to make. I appreciated the effort that the manager made and overall was pleased that I was able to get the food for my group.
1. The rice was undercooked and crunchy.
2. I requested black beans and was given pinto beans instead.
3. I paid for and expected 2 chicken dishes, but they were missing from our order.
4. The restaurant was unclean, as evidenced by the photos. It is concerning how they expect customers to eat in such conditions.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail from the staff. The food was tasteless and lacking in any kind of soul.
Customers must place all orders through their own phone, as orders cannot be placed in the restaurant. There are no items on display upfront as everything is made fresh to order. Cash purchases are not allowed. This restaurant is not suitable for new customers, as it is set up for regulars who pre-order. When I visited, there was no meat available at all, as each protein listed on the website was temporarily unavailable. This is not a functioning restaurant.
unbelievable. is the best way to describe both the service there and the eating. I had really excellent eating and service and totally terrible. I saw the tables in salsa while the hired people sit there and talk. (mind you they where not working there for no grund for dirty tables I have seen that the meat is extremely aromatic, but also chewing and tasty reheated. about everything it is spicy best to try to get eat here, as it is so unconsistent.

I am not coming to this location ever again. I ordered through the app. Picked up my order opened up my bowl and was wondering where my food was at. Went back into the store to ask for the bowl to be remade. Was told that is our portion size. I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years and have never seen a bowl like this before. This is ridiculous and will be reported to corporate. I spent over $12 for this?
We waited for 30 minutes for our DoorDash order. Are DoorDash customers not important to this restaurant? Apparently not.
