Chiootle Mexican Grill Lorton VA I have visited the following Chipotle on several Okkasassons. Lately date 11 August 2022. And the one Truusm that is familiar is the less than Cordial, prentious, and bottom right obnoxious settings of many of these locations employees. Typically, I visited this place for the takeover. During lunch it is usually full of patrons from Ft. Belvoir and the surrounding area. In general, I did not find any problem with eating as a whole. However, I will say that it would be a pleasant change to actually get a more generous part of the requested meat selection against a plethora of rice, salad and other clothing in excess. Not buying Chipotle from this location again. I've ordered food from this place many times and the food seems to always be cold and the amount of food they put in the bowls is less than other locations, even if you pay for extra food. The amount of food in the salad bowl in the picture was less than it looked, the lettuce topped it off and made it look like a fair amount. I read the reviews and I am not the only one who has noticed this. I hope this place starts being fair with people who pay extra and start servicing better quality food.
Went to pick up an order I made online. When I got there they told me that someone had already taken it. So someone stole my order (all of their orders were behind the counter so idfk how that happened). I asked for a refund and the manager and assistant manager, Ana Reyes and Ingrid Crespin, denied it and told me that it?s my fault that someone else took my food?? they made my order after that and it wasn?t good. Small portions, 1/4 of the bowls were empty. The pico de gallo was way too salty. And of course, the food was cold ?
I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. I had a really bad experience with my first order, but I thought it might have been a fluke, so I decided to give it another try. However, they barely filled the bowls, which feels like a joke. Even with the extra options, they seem to give you less. The portions are just so small—I ended up with only about five pieces of chicken!

The ingredients here are fresh and of high quality. This location is much more thorough in keeping the area behind the counter clean compared to the last two places I visited. If I lived nearby, I would definitely come back frequently.
First timer experience. Not too bad at all, I was impressed. I got a mix of chicken and steak and both were very good. Chips we're close to being stale but we're good. Prices were not too bad for the portion size.
Another fantastic spot to visit! They now offer some new cold drinks alongside the usual selection of teas. The 5150 canton and kava, paired with one of their homemade sweeteners, remains my top choice.

Good fresh ingredients. This location is more diligent about cleaning behind the counter than the last 2 locations I visited. If I lived in this area I would come back frequently.
Great customer service and clean dinning area. The steak bowl with guacamole tasted good ????.
