First off, customer service was terrible today, which sucked, normally when I go to a Chipotle they are nice and friendly. But today (12/03/23) the service was not great. First off they had me waiting in line for 16 minutes, there were several staff just sitting around doing nothing, and they even made eye contact with me, lol and still kept walking around like I wasn't their at all. After the lady was done talking lol she came over to me and asked what I wanted. I ordered for me and my brother to go. Here now and I don’t have any regret posting this.Came into the restaurant seemed pretty cool. Customer service was sub par. Family ordered and it’s $4.55 for a small cup of guac… that’s ridiculous. Completely agree on all comments that have to do with over priced items. We had initially asked just for some chips and a small order of guac with the meal. An 11.00 dollar meal quickly turned into a $25 meal with a cup and a side of chips and guac.A small bowl of meat, some rice, lettuce, and shredded cheese. With a small cup of guac and chips for $25. Food was good, but not at that price.
First and foremost, you can add a veggie burrito with guacamole for cheaper than the sofritas with guacamole, and it is just as delicious. If you prefer a smaller texture, the sofritas (curved braided tofu) are amazing. I give it a four-star rating. When it comes to choosing between a burrito or a bowl, I prefer getting the bowl and eating it with their salty lime chips. The burritos are large enough to cut in half and save for lunch the next day. I appreciate finding something consistently good at a chain restaurant that tastes the same in every city, with no surprises.

I like to get the bowl and eat it with their salty line chips. the burritos are large enough to cut the half and save it for lunch the next day. I really like to find something so good on a chain because they can get it in every city and it always tastes the same no secret.

As much as I have always loved Chipolte, this was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with takeout period. The entire staff was struggling, and there were only three of us in line. I waited at the teller for ten minutes while my burrito bow sat on the counter. So I love Chipotle, just not this location.
I recently tried the vegan chorizo for the first time at this restaurant. The flavor was enjoyable, but I found it to be slightly dry and too salty for my taste. I believe in giving a restaurant a few opportunities to improve when they introduce something new, so I will definitely give it another try in the future.
Super priced for small amount of food you get. Kid got a quesadilla that was the smallest tortilla they had with very little cheese for 7$, and chips that came with it were hard as a rock and stale, ridiculous! Carne asada bowl most chunks of meat were all gristle.
Me and my nephew went here for lunch. Its colder in the lobby than it is outside... and so isthe food. My cheese wasnt even melting and our quaso was starting firm up within 10min of

We haven't been to Chipotle yet. It was really good. We ordered a carne asada and chicken burrito . Super good and plentiful. Also had queso blanca and chips ?
It's chipotle.. last time I was there they had no white rice and no corn. Unfortunate but at least it was posted beforehand.
