Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered three burrito bowls to go, and my order was ready right at the designated pick-up time—spot on. Since I live just about five minutes from the restaurant, it was a quick trip. The food itself was quite good! However, I decided to take off a star because the temperature was a bit lower than I expected. My bowl was only slightly warm, while my wife's and daughter's bowls were on the cooler side and needed to be reheated. Despite the temperature issue, I was overall pleased with my visit and the food choices. The dishes were well-prepared.

During my visit there was a difficult customer. Trying to get a catering order or the price of a bowel. The entire team remained friendly and polite. Even though the lady was holding up the line for a good 10 min. I appreciated the teams professionalism. The manager on duty was on the line working with her team which impressed me even more. I will be returning to this location. I would totally recommend it to everyone.

The first time I tried Chipotle at this restaurant, the food was just okay. It seemed like the black beans were a bit undercooked. I decided to give it another chance, but the second time I went, I waited in line only to be told that it would take an hour for the brown rice to be ready (and 25 minutes for the white rice). A whole hour wait for brown rice? No thanks.

The service was quick and welcoming. I personally prefer the bowl option over the burrito. You can't go wrong with steak, barbacoa, or chicken as the protein choice. The chips and guacamole are always a crowd-pleaser. Réservez une table maintenant

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The service was excellent, the dining area and restrooms were clean, and the steak bowl was absolutely delicious. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Avoid using the online app at this restaurant location! I specifically requested chicken in my bowl, but it only had 5 tiny pieces (about the size of the end of my little finger).
