Chipotle Mexican Grill

I eat here a lot considering my work place is down the road, I always order over the app. I ordered a salad right, a SALAD, ya know with lettuce?? Picked my food up, excited to eat. I open my bowl and there was not one shred of lettuce in there. I only had rice, beans, chicken and cheese. No lettuce for my salad . Even on the app it says Romain lettuce , doesn 't give you the option to take out or add more, so not sure how the lettuce got misplaced from my SALAD. Tried to contact the store, phones just say busy no one can pick up during peak hours. Tried to go through the website, heard nothing back.

It was the first time my Fiancée tried this restaurant. It was a huge hit!!!! The food was amazing! Flavour was great. The staff were super nice.Only giving 4 stars, because when I reflect on our visit I distinctly remember the floors being dirty. Dirty enough to leave a bad impression. That bothered me because in a restaurant, it should be clean. This is where food is being prepared. The kitchen didn't look clean to me. BUT we didn't get sick, so no food poisoning!!Love from Kelsey and Lydia. Visiting from Canada

They used to have a good salad but but it's with the spring mix that tastes terrible. Why does every place have to have these weeds as salad? They taste bitter.. Stalks like weeds on the plate. it must be they don't have to wash it. Awful. I'll just make my own. It's too bad as the other ingredients are good. Oh and they never offer you the dressing. But those flavors are getting old anyway.

One of the few places that has a lot of taste. Their service and portion sizes are not consistent, but the food is just good. I recommend getting the mild and hot salsa together and the queso or acidic cream as a binder in everything you order. Réservez une table maintenant

terrible and so expensive for not eating much. this situation is dirty and they are so rude. I've never been here before and they were very annoying and impatient. very few ways to eat. only a bad experience in the whole environment

Mixed Opinions. I don't understand how it's so hard to cut fat off the chicken. When i get that bad bite i wanna projectile vomit, BUT when made correctly it is arguably my favorite thing to eat.

eating is generally good. an excessively expensive taco bell would be a fair description. they commit themselves to the delivery of objects, but they really need to change the delivery services.

Tasted great tonight. Switched it up a bit and got the pork instead of the chicken in my bowl. Loved the way the pork flavor complimented the other items in the bowl. Réservez une table maintenant

I think you can never go wrong with chipotle and this restaurant is especially bright and cheerful and the personal helpful and friendly.
