I went to redeem points and my points were deducted but the money was never taken off on the receipt because the guy didn 't ring it up right. I even told him before he even rang it up that I had the mobile reward coupon which I scanned and it took it off the points but it didn 't take the money off so I ended up not getting a discount at all. I haven't been to all of them but I'm pretty confident this is the worst Chipotle in the Twin Cities. 4:00 PM on a weekday. 3 customers in the restaurant. Every single table is filthy, every single garbage can is overflowing, no soap in the any of the bathroom dispensers or door dispense. The women who made our food dumped ruined one burrito by dumping the hottest salsa all over it when my partner asked for No Salsa and then had the gaul to try and tell us there's nothing she could do about it now, (thanks teenager who told her she needs to make another one make her the boss! . I must say, my experience at this Chipotle was absolutely terrible. The doors were covered in hand prints and food, there were no clean tables inside, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. Even when we tried to sit outside, the tables were also dirty. It took 5 minutes for someone to come and clean a table for us when we asked. There were not enough employees working, with only one person handling both the line and cash register. There was also a lack of hygiene practices, with no hand washing between serving customers and preparing food. The atmosphere was unpleasant and the employees were not very friendly. Whenever we visit this restaurant, they always seem to be out of multiple items or only offering drive-thru service. My daughter especially enjoys their white rice, but sometimes they allow me to order it as a side dish and other times they do not. I have never encountered any issues at any other location except for this particular one on Lincoln Drive in Roseville. Due to the numerous problems, we have chosen to no longer dine at this establishment.

This is hands down the best restaurant I have ever been to in every aspect. The service, cleanliness, portion sizes, freshness of food, product availability, online order pickup, and more exceeded my expectations. I challenge anyone to find another restaurant that provides the same level of exceptional service like this one. I am willing to drive out of my way just to eat at this location over any other in the area.
The staff here is clearly working hard, every time I come in. I can't say I've never had an order take longer than expected, but the staff has always made it right for me. Last time in, the crew was experiencing some technical challenges, yet they all were working hard to serve the long line of customers.Overall solid experiences every time.
Much as you pay for these nasty burritos you would think Chipotle would do a lot better than what they're doing. Customer service is bad the food is old I have made it a special attempt to not go to Chipotle anymore it's not just this one location it's becoming all their locations that they have bad customer service in old food
I wish I had seen the rating before hand. I would not recommend this chipolte ever, literally out of everything and pretty much gave the smallest portions due to the amount of people inside and online orders still needing to be full filled.

Workers barely put any food on burrito/bowl! Workers don’t seem like they want to be there and when you ask for extra toppings they give you weird looks. Bottom line is you don’t get what you paid for! Sad
This chipotle is in a very nice spot of Roseville. At least when I visited, the workers used generous portion sizes and were quite friendly.
