5 NEGATIVE stars, along with 5 THUMBS DOWN!! I created a Yelp account for the SOLE purpose of writing this review! This location is HORRIBLE!!! Let 's start with the warm welcome I received from the guy behind the counter: Attitude Andy! His attitude was on TEN! I don 't know his name and I don 't think he had a name badge on, so for the purposes of this review, his name will be Attitude Andy. As I approached the counter, he said something to the tune of what are you having ... not a Hi, what can I get you today? or something of a friendlier tune than what he gave me. After he said that, I greeted him with a Hey, how are you doing today? Attitude Andy LITERALLY stood there with a blank stare...
The food was decent, but I found it concerning that the restaurant ran out of chicken by 4:30 in the afternoon, which reflects poor management. There were only four people in line during service, so it would have been more understandable if it had been closer to closing time. As for the pork, it was just okay and lacked flavor. I appreciate the service, but I believe there’s room for improvement. Thank you for your efforts nonetheless.
I rated 5 stars because the crew working tonight are absolutely wonderful. They have good energy, working together and keeping up their humor even though the line was devastatingly long and the wait for mobile orders horrendous. Sometimes, recognizing that the people making the food are people too and have a choice in how they respond to stress and how they care for others. Good work! Please get them some help here though.
I went to this location at 4/24/2022. I walked in there was a young lady wiping food off of the counter and a man on the grill. Neither one of them looked up and spoke. Then they both walked to the back of the restaurant. I turned and walked back out the door. This is why I'll stay at Moe's. They have better ingredients and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They greet you as soon as you hit the door!

I would give a 0 but I have been before and haven't had any problems. It is 4:52 and I showed up to chipotle for a late lunch. They have the doors locked with no explanation as to why they are closed. When I got to the door, people were still placing orders and eating inside. Please help me to understand when chipotle started closing at 4:53. This is ridiculous.
I stopped by this restaurant for lunch while I was running errands, and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and made sure to acknowledge me before and after I placed my order. I ordered a veggie bowl, and the portion sizes for each ingredient were generous, which definitely satisfied my hunger. The dining area was clean and tidy as well.
I was visiting Chicago and staying in a hotel next door. I ordered online through the app. I ordered queso cheese and they did not add it to my order. I didn't notice it until I got to my room. I disputed my order through the app and I was supposed to be contacted by management about my missing item and I never was.
Stopped at this location for lunch while running errands. This place has friendly staff. I was acknowledged before and after placing my order.Ordered a veggie bowl. The serving size for each ingredient was good and definitely satisfied my hunger.Dinning area was clean and tidy.

good food, but the staff is not the most beautiful. I can be overcrowded a little bit too much at the weekend. remember his little place with a tiny dune in the opposite
Stephanie was wonderful and made my first visit a great experience. She recommended the Chicken Bowl, and it was delicious!
