Chipotle Mexican Grill

The manager here needs a reality check. I don't understand how they do not see a problem with the fact that they are ALWAYS behind on mobile orders and ALWAYS out of ingredients during busy hours. If you are looking to have a nice lunch at chipotle and do not order online, you will have to accept that your burrito will have nothing but chicken and lettuce, because they run out of ingredients regularly. On top of all this, they are incredibly stingy with their portions, but I guess that's just a chipotle thing.

Ordered a burritto bowl and while a worker was making my bowl they cut their hand. They made a me a new bowl and changed their gloves, but when I was eating the bowl I found part of the worker's old glove in my bowl. This is beyond disgusting and totally unsaniatry since the cut drew blood and the glove had contact with the person's blood. Will never be eating here again and will defitently share this story with anyone who talks about ordering chipotle from this location.

I love Chipotle’s food but the poor amount of lettuce, steak, and veggies was ridiculous . I paid 30.00 for this including the GrubHub deliver fee and tip. I paid xtra for double steak. I called to get help and no one answers the phone to take care of customers. I’m very disappointed and it will be a long time before I return.

Mostly consistent in quality (not great, but better than many other places), quantity and taste. A lot depends on who serves you and prepares your bowl/burrito. The staff is usually very friendly.

Some of the best bowls and burritos I've ever had from a chipotle. They are right on campus and downtown, there are lines quite often so I would order through the app, they get em done quickly!!
