I love chipotle, but this location has really ruined my cravings. Every time I go I am so disappointed with the food, It's not made correctly (terrible rice and fajita veggies), and they serve it with no respect for their customers. If they run out of food they just give you a half portion instead of refilling the container. They'll dump soaking wet lettuce into the burrito, leaving the wrap gross and disintegrated. Service is painfully slow, and one time I stood there while my burrito was being made, and the manager was chatting with employees working the line. that was the first chipotle I ever tried to go back than in the middle school. I always thought this place was the best from all to about 6 8 months ago. they are always made from a main food item ( rice, chips, guacamole) and do not seem to try anymore. it seems like they're out. there are always tons of personal, but they have not made any food makes no sense. the service is also incredibly slow. (together before covid and supply chain problems). this place is dirty and the staff is miserable. very badly guided device. I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The staff member who prepared our order had a poor attitude and carelessly tossed it into the bag, leaving it half-open and with a broken container. When I pointed out that it was leaking, she simply shrugged it off and walked away. The manager stepped in and transferred about 80% of my order into a new container but didn't acknowledge the situation and quickly moved on to the next customer. I used the app to order ahead so I couldn't do anything about my order because I had to grab and go for my lunch, but I was very disappointed. First off barely, BARELY any chicken. Like if it comes out of their paycheck or something, stingy. Second, this was actually the worst bowl I've ever had at Chipotle taste and appearance wise. The food was SOOOO bland, the veggies not even chopped right. It was big chunks of everything to be honest. The cherry on top was that it gave me food poisoning so I went into work like that. I'm convinced that this is the most poorly managed Chipotle in the entire country. The service is consistently slow, they frequently run out of ingredients, and the staff often seem unsure of what they're doing. It's truly the worst experience I've had. Unfortunately, this is the nearest location to my home, so I have no choice but to visit. Otherwise, I would definitely stay away. If possible, I recommend avoiding this place.
I ordered a bowl at this location and when I came back to work from my lunch saw that the bowl was filled only half way and my guacamole had an avocado skin in it. When I returned to the store with the complaint I received terrible customer service, had to argue with them to receive a new one
