Unbelievable. I can't believe how consistently disappointing this Chipotle is. Every time I visit, it leaves me frustrated. The food quality is so hit-or-miss. What really gets me is how stingy they are with the most affordable items. Take the rice, for example—who is stingy with rice? It’s literally one of the cheapest foods out there! They're also tight-fisted with the meat, and today I found bits of steak in my queso. This happens all the time at this location. The staff always seem unhappy, there’s no visible management, and the dining area is constantly messy. Who is running this place? I would genuinely like to have a conversation with you. Do you not care at all? That’s the impression...
Most Chipotle's are excellent. Chipotle was a favorite restaurant of ours...until this Chipotle became the closest one to us. 9/10 times the quality and presentation is just awful. The rice is almost always either over cooked or under cooked. As I write this, the rice is my burrito bowl is mushy and watery. Last time, the rice was crunchy and practically inedible. At LEAST 3 times we have pulled HAIR out of our food. Disgusting!! Once, there was a whole leaf with a stem in my food. It was disgusting and not fit for consumption. Chipotle's customer service has really declined. It's just not the same anymore. I visited the location in Franklin Park, Illinois, on Mannheim Road, and they've been experiencing food shortages for several months. Trying to reach customer service is pointless; it's a complete waste of time as they are outsourced overseas. Additionally, there's no way to get in touch with the store manager directly. I have decided never to return to Chipotle again. I'm curious to see how long the company can survive with such poor customer service.
I ordered dinner for my family. When I got there no one was in line. The reason I say that is all the food looked like it had been sitting for hours. Almost every item was at the bottom. Looked dry and old. Rice was hard. The portions were very small for a bill of around $54. I normally have had good experiences there. Looked like high-school kids running the show.

One star because everytime I come here the workers are rude and forgetful. The last 4x I got a pile of sour cream soup and me being generous I don't care. But today set it over the top. The guy gave me half of scoop of everything and when I asked more he just rolled his eyes. This place use to be good until the last couple of years. And I know I'm not the only one
I'd leave no stars if I could. Jessica working at 9:30 on Saturday May, 13th was incredibly rude and yelled because she didn't speak loud enough and I didn't hear her. Avoid this location like the plague.
I would not recommend this restaurant. The service was lacking, and they seemed to be out of drinks. The place was dirty, and even the soda tasted flat, like it needed more syrup. Avoid if you can.
By far the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. This coming from one of their biggest fans. Love Chipotle, stay away from this one. Delivery or pick up the food was terrible

FOOD POISONING Do not eat here. I should not have given them another chance. Our whole family came down with food poisoning. My wife got it the worse after all eating here.
I can't believe I chose to come here again. 90% of my guac was in inedible chunks as you can see. I don't even have words.
