I will not go to this location again. I placed two orders for two chicken bowls through the Chipotle app for pickup and when I go to the restaurant there was only one bowl in the bag. I told the employees and they said we don 't see a other order with restaurant name they seemed confused and was asking if they gave my order to someone else or if the order was for someone else or doordash. This is more about Chipotle then it is about this particular location. They sent me a coupon with a coupon code in my email. I went to their app and placed an order. When I went to pay there was no place to put in the coupon code and they charged me. I tried canceling it through the app and through the website with no luck. I went to the store where I set it in the app as the place to pick it up. The store wouldn't refund my money but, they did keep my order. Place is horrible. Waited 5 minutes till someone came from the back. First looked over the corner then ran to the back again, then came to the front counter after 2 minutes saying we’ve been closed and they were out of meat since 8. And due to short staff (4 people) that is the reason why. I’ve never seen or heard of anything more ridiculous in awhile. I’ve run a fast food store with 2 people on a daily basis and I’m not saying that’s right , but we still get our job done 100% NO EXCUSE. Wasted not just mine , but other peoples time because they don’t wanna work.

I love chipotle and Mexican food in general but this place is seriously mismanaged. I would recommend going to another branch. My online pickup order was wrong two times during the last month. They swapped a bowl of another customer, complete even with a label. The manager wouldn't even give me a full refund after wasting a ton of gas and my time on driving home, finding out about the error and driving back. Customer service par excellence...
Guy behind the counter decided to charge a black woman for a taco shell and yelled multiple times to make sure the cashier did so. But when a Spanish speaking family arrived he made sure in Spanish to let the cashier know not to charge the family their tortilla and the cashier and male worker both laugh about it.
Ordered 3 tacos but instead I received a bowl with the contents of the tacos and 3 tortillas on the side. How lazy is this? Could not even bother to put my tacos together. Is their latest BS policy? Why am I paying $9 for tacos that do not even get put together...?
I really enjoy Chipotle, especially the Steak Burrito in a bowl. That's the only thing I order, but I've heard that the other dishes are incredible. I know I'm being a bit excessive, but I just can't help it!

the best chipotle in illinois! the workers season everything to perfection! I literally fit the one closest to my house to go to this.
eating at this place is pretty good and the service was nice and fast. they got me and my wife in and out.
