As always, the food here is delicious. The variety of choices are innumerable, which gives one the ability to customize a dish to please their individual palate. The portions are generous. You will be satisfied. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The dining area and restrooms are always nice and clean. Being a Chipotle regular however, I do notice that the main ingredient prices continue to rise annually.
I ordered from the wrong store. Attempted to contact them to cancel or change location. Their phone service does not give you the option to speak with a person. I drove 20 minutes to pick up lunch instead of around the corner. Won't order from themagain. Food was not as good at this Norwalk location
Twice claimed not to have change when my 17 year son purchased here. What kind of operation is this? Stealing from kids? Laziness? What kind of employee does this? Should they be trusted to prepare food? Never coming back. Two high schools nearby. I wonder how many others this happened to.
To us first time in chipotle. Mang the portions are huge. It was great To others i could be wrong but I feel like bowls give u bigger portion than burrito. I would give them a five-star rating, but the chips are consistently stale. Everything else is nearly perfect; the restaurant is clean from the entrance to the restrooms, and the customer service is outstanding.

It's one thing to move customers,u must listen to the customers,and prepared as asked ,everyone is different ,they rush too much
Kitchen food prep areas seem cleaner and more organized than other locations. Cheerful staff. Food is tasty and fresh. Réservez une table maintenant
Good if you like Mexican health food. Too expensive for sure. It's the Starbucks of fast food to me.
