Chipotle Mexican Grill

I normally don?t leave negative reviews and I love Chipotle but the service at this location needs a lot of improvement. My local chipotle didn?t have the dining area open so my bf and I, drove to Paramount to dine in. As per usual, we asked for chips and queso, we only got the queso and no chips... I kindly told the cashier that we were missing the chips and she rudely responded that chips and queso were sold separately... I took a second look at the menu and it clearly said ?chips and queso?.. I pointed at the menu and advice that the menu had ?chips and queso?, she said ?no, it?s sold separately?.. I don?t mind paying for my food so of course I asked for the chips and paid for them. This is one of my top favorite places to dine for over 10 years. Through the years I've seen waba grill grow and expand enormously. This location has fast service, hreat customer service and never has shortages. However, this location is really struggling with keeping the the food cutting at a consistent rate. I've been here about 4 times since they opened last year, at first I thought this would just take some getting used to. But after returning several times, I notice that nothing has changed. The meat, the veggies and the onions are all cut way too big. And this is really putting a damper on quality. My experience at this Chipotle the other day was awful. I often visit at night, but this time I went for lunch, and the store manager was not only rude but also made racist comments. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with her; she has overcharged me on two previous occasions as well, despite me ordering the same thing each time. When I pointed out that I was being overcharged recently, she made a comment implying that certain people always expect discounts. I reported this to the complaint line, but they didn't take any action. This is the kind of management you have at your company? I won't be returning.

i placed an order for delivery through my chipotle app, got a notification saying my order has been delivered, after waiting an extra 10 minutes and no food i went to the chipotle restaurant and spoke to the manager and was able to get my order replaced! Even though it was an inconvenience for my order to not get delivered and lost i was thankful to the manager for replacing my order within 5 minutes of me being there! appreciate the staff and location!

Went about 30min before closing so I'm not sure if that's the reason, but I ordered two chicken bowls and I didnt enjoy neither of them. The chicken just looked low quality, lots of big chunks, some had tendons, tasted very birdy. Not how my usual waba experiences are. I couldnt finish them.

Super chill place. Great vibes all around looking forward to an eventful return. Food prices were on par with the area and all chipotle in general. not overpriced. Food is delicious and certainly will be returning. Queso is life the shredded beef is delicious

Food is delicious HERE! I watched the young lady handle the customer before me. She was kind and polite. Before taking my order, she washed her hands. After taking my order, she washed her hands. I was very pleased to see this ?
