I?ve given this place multiple chances, and I honestly love chipotle but this place has got to be the worst one ever. It?s always something with this place, recently they were out of chips, lettuce and fajitas and had missed some of the ingredients on our online order. Like how do you run out of chips and lettuce when this is your core ingredients? The staff seems overwhelmed and will ignore you as long as possible if something wrong with your order. Come on chipotle, you are better than this.

This is the second time I've ordered from here and the order was wrong. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt and they clearly have no brain cells. First time ordering I got a steak bowl, no beans fajitas, lettuce, sour cream, hot sauce and cheese. My bowl consisted of white rice beans and cheese. Nothing else. Yet on my bowl it stated all I wanted. Like what? Second time (today) same thing. Idiots. Will never order from here again and I suggest you don't either.

Sunday. 4 people in front of me, 1 person in the restaurant. Wait 14 minutes for order. Before the line I arrived, 10 minutes for chicken was told. Come on. 8 visible people work. More workers than customers. Not shocked to see a 2.4 review in over 1000 reviews. This is shockingly bad.

Yikes- all reviews are accurate! My biggest thing, customer service. It is not so hard to be nice to have at least half a smile or to say that you are welcome. Pretty every person on the line at this point is missing.
