Reposting as previous review was removed.One star seems to be an overstatement at this point. Personally, I would rate them ZERO stars, if that was an option, of course. Never in my life have I, to this extent, been mistreated and disrespected as a customer before. For the past few years, I have been a regular at this location and have never encountered any issues until recently.There’s this employee who is really DISRESPECTFUL and has a horrible attitude. Don’t know what her name is, but another employee said they couldn’t provide me with that info, given the fact that she’s still a minor. She’s light skinned, has curly hair, and was serving the rice, beans and meat today (06/22/2022) around 6:40 p.m.I keep an account of all the rude instances I’ve encountered with her, and below are just a few. Bare in mind, these are all separate incidents.1) I requested plain white rice. She looked at me weirdly and asked, “plain white?”while leaning over the counter. I’ve never seen something like this before, especially at a business.2) The second time, she got really furious as I entered. While making my bowl, she walked away and gossiped to another employee about me. Keep in mind, I’m still there waiting for her to finish making my bowl. You could’ve at least waited for me to leave first! She told the other employee that I always want plain white rice and etc. She was clearly annoyed.3) Last week Sunday or Monday, I stopped by this location, again, to grab a bowl. As soon as she saw me, she started yelling across the restaurant, “Myla, it’s them again! WHITE RICE.” Myla had to stop whatever task she was completing, in order to help her with our orders, because that said “minor” had refused to provide us with any service. As soon as Myla came out, the other girl disappeared. BTW, Myla provided excellent customer service. Shout out to Myla.4) Today (06/22/2022) around 6:40 pm , I decided to give this location another try. It was her, again. As soon as she saw me, she shook her head while saying “plain white rice , plain white rice again” about 5 times. I asked her, “what’s wrong with plain white rice?” You wouldn’t believe what her response was. She said, “umm, should I feel sorry for you?” While I was asking other employees for her name so I could formally make a report, she was still laughing. I don’t see anything funny. By the way, she was using and touching her Apple watch with the same gloves she uses to serve food. It’s unsanitary. This was super unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this location unless this issue has been solved by management.5) Lastly, I’d prefer you telling me not to come to this location ever again, so that I don’t have to go through this hassle of you getting mad over me asking for plain white rice.

I went here on May 26, 2022 at 7:00 pm and it was a very bad experience. A bunch of lazy kids working that don't care about the customers. Don't count on getting what you want... They were out of fajita vegetables, all the lemonades, and even chips!!! They have my daughter a rotten orange with her meal. I will not be back to this location again.

The food was ok but the customer service was unfriendly, bordering on rude. The guy in the kitchen was so busy looking at his phone I'm surprised he didn't burn the place down. This was Sunday night. Probably will not go back, at least not to this one.

Sitting outside at 7:15pm and they are already closed despite the sign saying 10pm. Nothing on the door but staff wandering around inside. Go to Hooks Fish and Chips two doors down for fresh hit food.

I came, I saw I ate. good situation compared to some of the others I went to. Food: 5/5
