So disappointed like i was in there before and they weren’t helping me and then made me download an app and order off there (which wasn’t even working) so they finally decided to take my order after sitting right there with 4 workers after 15 minutes but whatever didn’t complain still tipped but tonight is the icing on the cake ordered my usual veggie bowl with pretty much everything on it so did my bf (brown rice for both of us) and hot this sad bean white rice 3 salsa sour cream thing bf got the same also wrapped in tin foil honestly never been so irritated over food like it’s chipotle and it’s pretty easy to not FORGET THE VEGGIES on a veggie bowl or get the rice right or put lettuce and...

I absolutely loved the chicken quesadilla from Chipotle! Today, I decided to order one through the app after leaving the Target next door. To my surprise, it was ready even earlier than expected when I arrived. I really appreciate how quickly they prepare orders. The restaurant was also beautifully kept and very clean. The pick-up area is conveniently located right at the entrance for easy access. My meal was exactly what I wanted, and I’ll definitely be back! It was a great experience, especially enjoying the three sides I got with the quesadilla. Since I work at Target, I might have to treat myself to this more often during my breaks!

We have ordered from here several times, its like 50/50 a good or bad experience. When its bad, pickup orders are getting made in the back like 20 at a time before any of them end up on the pick up shelf. So people are just waiting for their orders as they can see them done and finished in the back but no one takes them to the pickup shelf until there are literally like 20 completed. Also got delivery from here last night and it took 2+ hours and ultimately got the wrong order, my name and receipt with the correct order was on the bag. This chipotle has room for improvement.

After I placed my order, the staff member had a bit of trouble wrapping my burrito. She needed to use a second tortilla and then wrap it in additional foil because the first one wasn't enough. But that's okay—better safe than sorry! I also got a Sprite in a bottle, which is so much better than fountain soda. Overall, it was just slow at the start due to the computer system, which was no fault of the employees. They all worked really hard. This has become my favorite Chipotle now! I generally love Chipotle, but this location deserves extra recognition for being almost always open during their scheduled hours and consistently allowing indoor ordering and dining. Many places in the Twin Cities have unexpected signs apologizing for the inconvenience, stating that they are closed or only offering digital ordering. I've had to travel to several locations only to find these frustrating signs. Thankfully, this particular Chipotle location is reliably available.

I used to order here more. Portions have become very small. Read an article recently calling Chipotle out on skimping on portions online... Looks like their fix is to skimp on all portions online or at the store. Will edit this review after the next purchase before writing this location off for good. Went again last week, and I was given good portion sizes. I think it depends on who is working. Can I request certain people like when I get a haircut? Giving them 2 stars now.

My order was not put out by the pick-up area. I waited for about 10 minutes and then found that they do not put them in the pick up area anymore because people steal. There was no sign though, so the food just got cold for 10 minutes. I don't steal and I was punished because other people steal. Please put a sign up directing customers to ask the counter for the to-go orders. All other parts of the restaurant were great.

The new online ONLY ordering experience is dumb. They won't take your order in the restaurant even though there are people standing there and capable of human speech and communication. Idiotic and not consumer friendly. Also they block the doors and lobby area with chairs. So I was in Minnesota for a quick get away. The location in Mall of Anerica was way too crowded plus I had ate there a few days prior and it was nothing to write home about. This location was okay. Nothing to rave about. The steak could have been fresher. Neither location had the vinaigrette dressing to compliment the salad which is my favorite part.
