How do you place a pick up order and don?t get it till 20 minutes later? I?ll tell you how I ordered dinner on the app estimated pick up time was 9:10 okay cool?. Well after a line sorry a rush of people after I?d already been waiting 10 minutes prior to the rush and 3 employees in the back laughing and joking and walking past my order and every other mobile order they decided once the line was short enough theyll then make an order that was suppose to be done 20 minutes ago : The young lady with the braids must of thought i was a comedian once i asked her to actually scoop the food instead of putting in half spoonfuls of food in the bowl cause she seemed to get a chuckle out of that.. stari...
Constant problem at the Chipotle order pickup. The staff inside when I order in person, I don?t have much issues with. Numerous times I have ordered online and the order is either messed up or underserved. The bowl is sloppily thrown together and on this order I asked for extra rice and double Chicken. What I got was half a bowl of rice and 8 pieces of chicken. The portions are always underserved and extremely small. The level of care at order pickup needs to be addressed.
They totally messed up my pick up order Q19-3AT placed via the Chipotle app. Wrong meat; no guacamole (and they charge $2.70 extra); no cheese; wrong beans; added sour cream which was not part of my order... This order was too expensive for not getting what I had selected (didn't notice until I got home and opened the burrito bowl box; wasn't gonna drive back to restaurant). ONE star for having the order ready for pick up on time and the ease of the app.
I went into chipotle not long ago. I had the time of my life. A young fella by the name of Matthew Williams stepped behind the counter and delivered the best table service I?ve ever had. He provided a bottle of chilled wine, and his finest taco. He talkedin a British accent though, which I found slightly inappropriate. I hope Matthew will be in there tonight when I go in so I canconverse with my dear friend once more.

I visited Chipotle recently and had an amazing experience. A young man named Matthew Williams stepped behind the counter and provided the best service I've ever encountered. He brought me a bottle of chilled wine and his top taco recommendation. However, I found it somewhat odd that he spoke with a British accent. I'm hoping Matthew will be there again tonight when I return with my dear friend.
"The experience here was disappointing. The staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in being there. They rushed through my order, carelessly tossing utensils back into the box, and they didn't even include half of the items I requested. If I'm spending $20 on a burrito bowl, I would appreciate better care for my food!"
Eat was okay, but there was müll all over the floor, no serviettes, and while I eat, I felt a little wet drip on my head. I was looking for proof for leaks on the deck, but there was no? whole experience was rough, honest.
The food here is absolutely delicious, making it a great spot to visit if you're feeling hungry. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
