"Better than the one in Bensalem. They close later and take dine in orders. The other one closes super early hired a bunch of kids who look like they don't want to be there. They also only take online orders and the food is always cold."

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and provided great service. I got a burrito and a side of chips and guac. I didn't realize how spicy the burrito would be and I have a very sensitive stomach (spicy food, unless very mild, irritates it a lot, and this was pretty spicy, so unfortunately I didn't get to finish it, but it tasted very good and I wish I had been able to. But the chips and guacamole were AMAZING and not spicy at all so I got to enjoy all of that at least! So even though I didn't get to finish my meal, 10/10 because if I didn't have such a sensitive stomach it would have been perfect. My brother Rick and I just had an early dinner,around 4:00 or so,today at Chipotle in Bensalem (Horizon Blvd).. We both have celiacs disease,an intolerance for anything wheat,barley or rye. Gotta hand it to the staff there..! The second they heard gluten free ,they all changed their gloves,wiped down every prep area, and got all new,freshly washed utensils to make our order! And very quickly,also.. It sure made us feel at ease.. and the food was delicious..! I definitely recommend them to anyone,food allergies or not..!
I usually get the bowls. I am pleased overall with the food quality. The last time I was there they were running out of two or three items so those could not be selected which is unusual for this location. On the other issue I have at this location is on Sunday afternoons they sometimes are not open because they are cleaning the restaurant.
There is absolutely no reason this location should be online order only. The franchise owner should lose this franchise in my opinion. I understand there is a labor shortage, but then simply raise your wages. It's amazing how many customers walk in ,realize its online only, then walk across the parking lot to panda express instead.
