Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came there at the opening and they didn't unlock the doors until 5 minutes later. I get it when they run short personal or late. I'm going to order and wait 15 minutes. Nobody talks to us and tells us how long it will be, so I ask how long it will be until we are served. “Now we have to fill everything” I get it, but can they give me a time frame? 10-15 minutes? sure she says. bad customer service. I'm running behind, but tell us how long this is waiting, so we know if we can do something different.

I waited patiently for 15 minutes to order. there were two people before me. when these two customers were ordered, the employees did not begin to make orders while I was still in tune. they have not recognized me at all. it didn't look like they were insulted for a moment. only incapacity. really embarrassing. it is Tuesday, 28 December at 15:40 clock. I'm gone at 16 o'clock. I never go back to this chipotle.

Waited an hour for a pickup order that I had already placed on the app. They were understaffed and busy, which is understandable, but for some reason, they thought it was a smart idea to only help walk-ins and completely ignore pickups. Over an hour passes before I get my order and of course I get home to find the wrong order.Will not be stepping foot in this Chipotle ever again.

y’all are good but why are you guys always out of lime the one thing I wanted plus I ordered a quesadilla yall ain’t even put it in the bag watch out cuz next time u come I’m taking all the lime (if it’s in stock) and all the quesadillas point blank period

The food is always good. The beer was not that good. Drink by due date for best flavor was a month old! That is the reason they did not get 5 stars!
