Chipotle Mexican Grill

WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE!! Went in last night and had my food thrown around. I honestly was astonished on how rude the employees were. Sophia was the name on the receipt, she was who checked me out, threw my food, spilled queso on my cup didn?t wipe it off,and didn?t serve me for almost 20 minutes.

Got in there and the 4 ladies were visiting with each other and ignored us. We were the only ones in line and after 5 min or so of looking foolish we were fixing to leave when one lady seemed to take note and offered to serve us. Food was great thoughthere weren?t as many options

some girl named sophia basically threw the food on the counter, had queso all over my queso container and didn?t clean it off, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. i literally wont order food from there if she?s the one making it. terrible service.

Lack of options. Employees kept trying to scoop out of empty containers instead of making more food. Steak was dry. Subpar chain.
