I've never left a yelp review before but my experience this morning was so frustrating it's worth spending 10 minutes writing this while I eat this terrible bowl. Ordered chipotle online (my first mistake) and delivered to my door was a half filled bowl, blackened chicken that tasted like charcoal, undercooked white rice and cheese that hadn't even been fully shredded. Im a student in midterms just looking for some quick protein but now I have to spend my morning doing this.After receiving the terrible bowl I drove to the restaurant. I’m really disappointed with my first experience at this Chipotle. The location felt like something out of a horror movie—inside was dirty and unappealing. The containers looked like the unsanitary street food we see in social media videos, which was really off-putting. The food itself was also subpar; the rice was undercooked, the meat tasted terrible and was dry, and the guacamole had a strange flavor. There's a soft taco station with a continuous supply of freshly made tortillas, along with a selection of menudo, chicken soup, enchiladas, both fried and regular beans, rice, tamales, bacon, and more. The salad bar includes about four different types of salads.
Additionally, refreshing horchata and aguas frescas add a lovely touch, and the dessert table boasts an impressive variety of treats, such as macarons, pudding, churros, and more. Overall, it’s a fantastic deal for just $19, which includes tax and tip.
I saw this place has an average of 2.5 star reviews. Maybe because of their past services and food quality. However, last night 10/26/23 we had great services, friendly employees and these guys know how to make the steak quesadilla burrito. Yummy!!! They gave good portions not like a few other Chipotle restaurants that skimmed on everything. Super fast service and on par. These are the employees that they should keep around. We will be back soon.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I've ever eaten. The guy gave me the smallest amount of meat, added huge amounts of hot sauce and pico de gallo to the point where I got sick. Not sure if the food was bad or the sauce is taking a toll on me. The service was awful. Guys with a bunch of attitude. Never going again and I recommend everyone to do the same unless they change their ways.
Man I hate giving one star reviews but...The food is subpar chicken under seasoned Rice under cookedService with attitude And the price for a burrito bowl is now 20 dollars For rice unseasoned chicken black beens cheese and sour cream maybe a little salsa Well I guess that explains why there was nobody in site at 1pm on a weekday
I’ve been to this location several times, and each time, I’ve encountered rude employees and inconsistent portion sizes. When I’m paying $15 for steak and guacamole, I expect more than just half scoops. This is my first review, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience due to the ongoing issues with service and portions.
I had an experience like no other at this restaurant. Don't misunderstand me—the food was decent—but the service provided by Mark was exceptional. I wish all Chipotle employees had the same personality and charisma as Mark.

Subpar Chipotle location. The chicken was overcooked and not seasoned good. Everything else in the bowl ingredients were standard. I prefer the Glendora location near my house over this location.
Every chipotle is really good unless they don’t scoop a lot but they did and it was goooood!
